End User License Agreement (EULA) for Car Parking Multiplayer

IMPORTANT:
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING CAR PARKING MULTIPLAYER ("THE GAME"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS EULA IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND OGAMES ("THE COMPANY"), A COMPANY REGISTERED IN KAZAKHSTAN, FOR THE GAME SOFTWARE AND ANY ASSOCIATED MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS, AND ONLINE OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

1. License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on your device in accordance with the terms of this EULA. All rights not specifically granted under this EULA are reserved by the Company.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

- Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Game.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Game or any part thereof.
- Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices provided on or with the Game.

3. Objectionable Content and Abuse
The Game does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Actions or content that are deemed to be offensive, harmful, or inappropriate will lead to the immediate termination of your account and right to use the Game.

4. Cheats, Hacks, and Third-Party Apps
The use of cheats, hacks, or any third-party apps that involve the modification of the Game's content is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate termination of your account and may lead to legal action.

5. Official Versions
The Company and development team are responsible only for the official versions of the Game downloaded from Google Play Market and App Store. All APK versions of the Game, or any versions obtained from unofficial channels, are not supported, and the use of such versions is at your own risk.

6. User Content and License Grant
The Company does not claim ownership of content created, uploaded, submitted, shared, or otherwise made available by players while using the Game, including but not limited to custom designs, vehicle designs, skins, decals, configurations, images, maps, usernames, or other user-generated content (“User Content”). Ownership of such User Content remains with the respective player or lawful owner.

However, by creating, uploading, submitting, sharing, or otherwise making User Content available in or through the Game, you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, and otherwise use such User Content for purposes related to operating, providing, developing, improving, moderating, promoting, marketing, and distributing the Game and related services, without compensation, notice, or additional consent, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to display User Content in the Game, on official websites, social media, trailers, screenshots, promotional materials, community posts, support tools, moderation systems, and other materials related to the Game and related services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to create, upload, submit, share, or otherwise make available your User Content and to grant the license described above. You further represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws, this Agreement, platform policies, community rules, or any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. The Company reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, moderate, remove, disable, restrict, or delete any User Content at any time if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that such User Content violates this Agreement, applicable law, platform rules, community guidelines, or the rights of any third party.

7. Fictional Content Disclaimer
The Game is a work of fiction. Any similarities to real-life vehicles, brands, products, persons, organizations, locations, or events are purely coincidental and are not intended to represent, reference, or imply any association, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with any real-world entity.

All in-game content, including vehicles, environments, characters, and designs, is intended solely for entertainment purposes.

8. Subscription System
8.1. Subscription Services
Certain features of the game are available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions may include auto-renewable services that renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s terms (Google Play, App Store, etc.).
8.2. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will renew automatically. Cancellation and management of subscriptions must be done via your platform account settings.
8.3. Refunds
All payments and refund requests for subscriptions are handled by the platform provider (Google Play, App Store). We do not issue refunds directly. Please refer to the applicable platform’s policies for details.
8.4. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time. Changes will be communicated through the game or platform. Continued use of the subscription service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game and all copies thereof from your device. The Company may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game from your device.

11. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
